Che cos'è il servizio

StrategyCheck verifica una strategia di trading su dati di mercato storici, costi inclusi, e restituisce un verdetto. Il servizio è riservato a chi ha almeno 18 anni.

Per migliorarlo misuriamo l'uso del sito con statistiche di visita anonime e aggregate, sempre attive: non usano cookie, non conservano l'indirizzo e non seguono nessuno su altri siti. I dettagli sono nell'informativa sulla privacy e nella cookie policy.

Analisi gratuite, esempi e rinnovi

Senza registrazione si può fare un numero limitato di analisi ogni 24 ore. Con un account gratuito si ha un numero di analisi al mese: si rinnovano il primo giorno di ogni mese di calendario, a mezzanotte UTC (l'una o le due di notte in Italia, secondo l'ora legale), e quelle non usate non passano al mese successivo. Gli esempi della home sono gratuiti entro un limite giornaliero. I numeri in vigore sono indicati nella pagina dei piani e possono cambiare.

Un'analisi si conta quando ricevi il verdetto. Se la verifica non va a buon fine per causa nostra, l'analisi torna disponibile; rifare la stessa identica regola nella stessa finestra non ne consuma un'altra.

Nessun limite e nessun piano cambiano il verdetto, che è lo stesso per tutti.

Non è consulenza finanziaria

Il verdetto descrive come una regola si sarebbe comportata nel passato, secondo il nostro modello. Non è consulenza né raccomandazione di investimento, non esegue operazioni e non promette risultati futuri. I costi sono un modello fisso per strumento: il tuo broker può costare di più. Le decisioni sul tuo capitale sono tue.

Contenuti che invii

Quando invii una strategia (scrivendola, incollandola o indicando un contenuto pubblicato altrove) ci concedi una licenza non esclusiva, gratuita, valida in tutto il mondo e senza limiti di tempo per conservarla, analizzarla, riprodurla e utilizzarla per far funzionare e migliorare il servizio, per la nostra attività di ricerca e per la nostra attività di trading, anche per conto proprio.

Le regole di trading non sono di per sé proteggibili come opere dell'ingegno: chiunque può testare e applicare una regola tecnica. Questa clausola serve a rendere esplicito ciò che facciamo con quello che ci mandi.

Non pubblichiamo la tua identità insieme alle strategie che invii, e le pagine pubbliche dei verdetti non contengono dati che ti identificano.

Contenuti di terzi

Se la strategia che invii proviene da un contenuto pubblicato da altri, l'analisi riguarda la regola descritta, non chi l'ha pubblicata. Sei responsabile di ciò che invii: non inviare materiale che non hai il diritto di condividere.

Account

Un account per persona. Sei responsabile delle tue credenziali e di ciò che avviene con il tuo account. Puoi cancellarlo quando vuoi dalla pagina Account.

Creare più account, usare indirizzi email usa e getta o altri sistemi per aggirare i limiti gratuiti non è consentito: in questi casi possiamo sospendere le analisi dell'account, lasciandoti l'accesso allo storico.

Se cambiamo questi termini in modo sostanziale, al primo accesso successivo ti chiediamo di accettare la nuova versione prima di fare altre analisi.

Piano Pro

Il piano Pro non è ancora disponibile. Lasciare l'email nella lista d'attesa non comporta alcun impegno né alcun costo: ti scriviamo una volta, quando il piano sarà pronto, con prezzo e condizioni.

Uso corretto

Non usare il servizio per sovraccaricarlo, aggirarne i limiti o estrarne i risultati in modo automatico e massivo. Possiamo limitare l'uso, per esempio con un tetto giornaliero sui video analizzati o con un tetto alle analisi senza account che partono dalla stessa rete.

Disponibilità e responsabilità

Il servizio è offerto così com'è, senza garanzia di disponibilità continua o di assenza di errori. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, Horizon non risponde delle perdite derivanti dall'uso dei verdetti. Nulla in questi termini esclude diritti inderogabili che la legge riconosce ai consumatori.

Modifiche e legge applicabile

Possiamo aggiornare questi termini: la data e la versione in alto dicono quando. Si applica la legge italiana, fatte salve le norme inderogabili a tutela del consumatore. Il trattamento dei dati personali è descritto nell'informativa sulla privacy, i cookie nella cookie policy.

What the service is

StrategyCheck tests a trading strategy on historical market data, costs included, and returns a verdict. The service is for people aged 18 or over.

To improve it, we measure how the site is used with anonymous, aggregated visit statistics that are always on: they use no cookies, don't store your address and don't follow anyone onto other sites. Details are in the privacy notice and the cookie policy.

Free checks, examples and renewals

Without an account you can run a limited number of checks every 24 hours. With a free account you get a number of checks per month: they renew on the first day of each calendar month at midnight UTC (1 or 2 a.m. in Italy, depending on daylight saving), and unused checks don't carry over to the next month. The examples on the home page are free up to a daily limit. The figures in force are shown on the plans page and may change.

A check counts when you receive the verdict. If the test fails through our fault, you get the check back; running the exact same rule again within the same window doesn't use another one.

No limit and no plan changes the verdict, which is the same for everyone.

It is not financial advice

The verdict describes how a rule would have behaved in the past, according to our model. It is neither advice nor an investment recommendation, it places no trades and it promises no future results. Costs are a fixed model per instrument: your broker may charge more. Decisions about your capital are yours.

Content you submit

When you submit a strategy (by writing it, pasting it, or pointing us to content published elsewhere) you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide and perpetual licence to store, analyse, reproduce and use it to operate and improve the service, for our research, and for our own trading activity.

Trading rules are not in themselves protectable works: anyone may test and apply a technical rule. This clause exists to make explicit what we do with what you send us.

We do not publish your identity alongside the strategies you submit, and public verdict pages contain no data that identifies you.

Third-party content

Where a submitted strategy comes from content published by someone else, the analysis concerns the rule described, not the person who published it. You are responsible for what you submit: do not submit material you do not have the right to share.

Accounts

One account per person. You are responsible for your credentials and for what happens on your account. You can delete it any time from the Account page.

Creating multiple accounts, using throwaway email addresses or other ways around the free limits is not allowed: in those cases we may pause checks on the account, while leaving you access to your history.

If we change these terms in a material way, the next time you log in we'll ask you to accept the new version before you run more checks.

Pro plan

The Pro plan isn't available yet. Joining the waiting list commits you to nothing and costs nothing: we'll write once, when the plan is ready, with price and conditions.

Fair use

Do not use the service to overload it, get around its limits or extract its results automatically and in bulk. We may limit use, for example with a daily cap on analysed videos or a cap on checks run without an account from the same network.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability or freedom from errors. To the extent the law allows, Horizon is not liable for losses arising from the use of verdicts. Nothing in these terms excludes rights the law grants consumers and that cannot be waived.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms: the date and version at the top say when. Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules. Personal data processing is described in the privacy notice, cookies in the cookie policy.
